Chike is a seasoned legal practitioner, notary public, immigration law consultant, and Public Policy expert. For more than three decades, he’s been involved in Commercial transactions, Regulatory, Public Policy, Immigration Consultancy and Notarization of documents.

He holds a PhD in Public Policy and Administration from Walden University, USA. LLM [Law] UNILAG. Masters in International Law and Diplomacy, UNILAG, BL [Nigerian Law School], LLB [UNIMAID]. He has a certificate in Public Policy [LSE], a certificate in Leadership and Ethics [Harvard].

He has a certificate in Negotiation from American Negotiation Institute. A member of the Nigerian Bar Association. A fellow of International Institute for African Scholars, a fellow of Nigerian Immigration Lawyers Association, and a fellow of American Negotiation Institute.

Chike teaches Constitutional and Administrative Law at Gregory University, Uturu. Teaches Commercial Law and Entrepreneurship at Emmanuel University, North Carolina, USA. He is presently the acting Dean of Law at Mewar International University, Nasarawa state where he equally teaches Legal method. He has written extensively on Immigration, Law Practice and Policy as well as Leadership and Governance.
