I hold a Bachelor of Laws LLB (Hons) degree from Abia State University, Uturu-Okigwe, Abia State – Nigeria in 2006. Where I graduated, as an Outstanding Student in Character and Learning with Second Class Honours (Lower Division) after which I proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Baguda Kano Campus in 2006 and was duly called to the Nigerian Bar, in May, 2008, as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, An Alumnus of The National Institute For Policy And Strategic Studies NIPSS Kuru, Fellow Nigerian Immigration Lawyers Association and also Studying Legislative Drafting at the National Institute For Legislative and Democratic Studies NILDS.

In the Course of my Career Spanning Over 10 years Since Graduation, I have worked in different Legal and Corporate Organizations in the Private Sector, including Top Law Firms in Nigeria. I am Currently Engaged in General Legal Practice and Consultancy, The Managing Partner of Messrs Umudu & Company (Firm of Lawyers) LLP, based in Abuja – Nigeria with Offices and Partners in Lagos, London and Australia. I am also Engaged in Climate Justice and Environmental Crime Advocacy, Strategic Government Policies, Legal Research and Social Justice Sector with Specific Interest in Legislative Drafting, Legislations, Conflict Dispute Resolution Processes and Law For Social Workers.
