Chinyere Usen is an Executive Director,Legal and the Group Company Secretary of Masters Energy Group. As a seasoned corporate legal professional, Chinyere has established herself as a trusted advisor in corporate governance, commercial transactions, and project finance. With over 30 years of experience advising corporate organizations across various sectors, she has developed a strong expertise in:

Chinyere holds LLB, LLM degrees ( Imo State University and University of Lagos) and a BL Certificate ( Nigerian Law School). She also holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration (MPA)and a Higher National Diploma in Secretarial Administration from Abia State University and The Federal Polytechnic, Nekede respectively.  She is is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria and currently pursuing a Doctorate Degree in Law. She is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Immigration Lawyers Association ( NILA ).
