Cheta Chinwoke Mbadinuju ESQ. LL.B, MBA, PNM, FNILA

Chetachi Chinwoke Mbadinuju is a Legal Practitioner of over 16 years and is the Principal Partner of Clemesis Associates, a private Law Practice based in Abuja FCT. Born in Southampton England, Cheta obtained his LLB degree in Business and Finance Law from Brunel University, Uxbridge UK and proceeded to Buckingham University where he gained his Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA). On attaining his BL Qualifications from the Nigerian Law School in 2006, he co-founded Clemesis Associates in Abuja, Nigeria and has remained the Principal Partner of the Law Firm till date.  

In Clemesis Associates, Cheta’s areas of expertise include Private Client retainers (in Immigration, Property, Wills & Matrimonial matters), Corporate Law, Public Sector Regulation and Compliance; areas of law which require utmost discretion, trust and confidentiality. As a qualified Immigration Legal Practitioner who has lived, worked and studied across different jurisdictions, Cheta views himself as a creative problem solver, applying personal experiences and expertise, as well as collaborations across disciplines and practices to achieve optimal outcomes for his clients.

Cheta is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Unity Branch, Abuja and is a Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International and a Fellow of the Nigerian Immigration Lawyers Association (NILA). He has interests in community development, hospitality, real estate, farming and is a Trustee and Principal Curator of the Chinwoke Mbadinuju Foundation, an NGO focused on human and community development. He is also an annual contributor to the Victorine Children’s home Gwarinpa Abuja via his University Alumni group, The Great Alpha.

Married to Barrister Zainab Temitope Akano and with a son Nathan Akintola Chinwoke III, Cheta’s hobbies include progressive networking, sports and political analyses, music and designing Property floor plans.
